If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within the first 30 days after the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that an order number is required. Your purchase must be returned in their original bottle or jar. Pack the products securely, add sufficient postage, and ship to:

Please note that Angel Lisa does not cover the costs of returns. For security reasons, we recommend you to send the item(s) you wish to return by post with acknowledgment of receipt.
IMPORTANT: Please include your order number, your full name and address (as it appears on your order) and the reason for your return along with your items, and let us know if you’d like a refund or replacement product(s).
Please note that refunds can take up to 3 to 4 weeks to process and will be refunded back to the payment method used. It will cover the original price you paid at the time of purchase.
Returns at a retail location or purchases from other websites: If you purchased your Angel Lisa product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. Currently, we are unable to accept returns of products purchased at a retail location.
